Randy Bitting, President
Randy was born in 1955, growing with the business and often pressed into service with the office being in his childhood home. After attending flight school and college, Randy joined his parents in the business in 1977, learning all aspects by working closely with the office staff and sales associates.
Randy can be found most days behind his desk, working on playground drawings, proposals and quotations, and finding an answer to every question that comes his way. He has embraced the changes in the industry, and looks forward to many more years in an evolving industry.
Pat Bitting, Accounts Payable/Receivable
Pat was born in Texas, but raised in Central Pennsylvania. She started with the company in February 1978 providing office and sales support, and her responsibilities have evolved over the years to handle accounts payable and receivable. Pat and Randy have two married children and 3 granddaughters, Willow, Elyse and Cora!
Dennis Bolitho, Western Pennsylvania Sales Representative
Denny has been with Bitting Recreation since September 1994, bringing with him a long list of qualifications in the parks and recreation field. He has knowledge and training in many areas, including ADA and ASTM, and works tirelessly to help his customers develop and improve their parks and playgrounds. A native of Pittsburgh, Denny is a graduate of Kent State University, Ohio. Denny is married to Mirela, and together they stay busy with an active young son, Hayden. Denny covers the western counties in Pennsylvania.
Doug Maynard - Eastern PA Territory Manager
Doug started with Bitting Recreation in January 2013. He works closely with his clients to ensure they are very happy with their playground/park projects. Doug covers the eastern counties of Pennsylvania. Bob Smith, Sales Representative
Bob was born and raised in Harrisburg, and is well known in the park and playground industry. He has always concentrated his sales efforts in Central and Eastern PA, and has made many friends along the way. Bob now spends only a few hours in the office to give assistance when and where he is able to help. He is a wealth of information, rarely forgetting a fact or a face. Bob and his wife Carol reside in Mechanicsburg, and are the proud grandparents of Colin and their new granddaughter, baby Cameron.
